Education Roundtable
Bringing industry, educators, and government together to shape workforce skills
The Future of Education Roundtable, held on 23 May at Loftus TAFE, brought together educators, employers, and community organisations to strengthen links between business and education. Participants from TAFE, the University of Wollongong, training providers, high school career advisor networks, local government, and industry explored how businesses can better understand and support diverse educational pathways. The forum highlighted opportunities for students of all ages, particularly in professional trades, to achieve stronger academic and career outcomes through greater collaboration. Key issues and solutions identified will be taken forward in future roundtable discussions.
