The CEO Roundtable brings together senior leaders from across the Shire to share insights, identify common challenges, and explore opportunities for collaboration. Unlike industry-specific roundtables, this forum cuts across sectors, giving CEOs a space to discuss strategic issues such as workforce, investment, sustainability, and innovation.

The first event in 2024 featured former Reserve Bank Governor Glenn Stevens, who shared his perspectives on Australia’s economic outlook. In 2025, Sian Fenner, Head of Business and Industry Economics from Westpac provided an in-depth briefing on the current state of the economy and its impact on local business. Together, these forums have established the CEO Roundtable as a trusted platform for strategic discussion, peer exchange, and collaboration among the region’s business leaders.
